Lissy started her career in real estate and quickly saw the same problem repeated across transaction after transaction: the signing agent was the weak link. She became a certified notary signing agent to solve that problem — at least for the clients she works with.
Signing With Lissy was built on the belief that the person sitting across the table from a signer represents everyone involved in that transaction: the lender, the title company, the real estate agent, and the borrower. When the signing agent does their job well, the whole chain benefits. When they do not, everybody pays for it.
Lissy took her certification seriously, trained on a wide range of loan products and document types, and built a reputation with title companies and escrow officers for being the signing agent they call when the closing cannot go wrong.
