Contact Signing With Lissy by phone, email, or through the scheduling portal on this site. Provide the transaction details: signer name, contact number, location, document type, and required appointment window.
We confirm receipt of every order. You will hear back quickly.
Appointment Confirmed
We contact your signer directly to confirm the appointment date, time, and location, and to remind them what to bring (valid government-issued photo ID and any documents they need to provide). You receive confirmation once the appointment is set.
Documents Reviewed
Once the signing package is received, it is reviewed before the appointment. We are looking for anything that needs to be flagged — missing notary certificates, incorrect names, incomplete instructions — before the signer sits down.
Issues identified before the table are solved before the table. That keeps funding on schedule.
Video Session
Lissy and the signer connect via live video — the session is recorded in full
Signing Executed
Lissy arrives on time at the agreed location. Every page of the package is walked through with the signer. Documents are signed, initialled, and notarized correctly. Questions the signer has about the process are answered; questions about the legal content of documents are directed back to the appropriate party.
Post-Signing Review
Before the package ships, every page is reviewed against the checklist. Scanbacks are checked and sent to the title company or lender as required. Nothing goes in the envelope until it is complete.
Package Shipped and Confirmed
The package ships via the specified carrier. You receive tracking information and a status update confirming the package is in transit.
